One of the most urgent needs in the church today is for training. We live in a world that is becoming increasingly complex - culturally, religiously and philosophically. A world where people are confused and need the Holy Spirit of the Father and the Son, Jesus Christ; leading direction. The message of the gospel is unchanging and always relevant, but the presentation of that message requires a great deal of thought. The aim of FLBC is to train men and women to share their faith in a relevant way to their generation and enable them to serve the church in these challenging days. FLBC is training team leaders to work together for the Kingdom of God. Whether you are thinking of missionary work, prophecy ministry, evangelism work, full time pastoral ministry, or serving God through your career, we encourage you to join with us for preparing to serve our generation.
